What this module solves

From 19 June 2026, online stores must let customers withdraw from a contract online. This module gives PrestaShop a ready-made solution, so you do not need to build your own form, order binding or follow-up confirmation e-mails.

What customers and merchants gain

  • customers can submit withdrawal requests online without improvised e-mail communication,
  • store owners get one traceable process instead of collecting details from multiple channels,
  • each submission includes a clear confirmation step and receipt confirmation,
  • the module clearly distinguishes when online withdrawal is available and when the order is already out of scope.

What the module can do

  • a public withdrawal page with its own URL, manual order lookup and signed access links from e-mails,
  • automatically add a link to the withdrawal page into the store footer when the active theme renders module output in the footer,
  • full and partial withdrawal requests including item selection, quantity selection and a required final confirmation step,
  • checks for deadlines, blocked order states and other rules that decide whether online withdrawal is allowed,
  • Back Office request records with detail, audit timeline, internal notes and notification resend actions.

E-mails and follow-up flow

The module can inject a link or highlighted block into the order confirmation e-mail, send a dedicated e-mail with the withdrawal form link, confirm receipt of the request and notify administration internally. The workflow can also include a return protocol link or attachment depending on the scenario.

Good to know

The module does not change the native PrestaShop order state by itself, and legal texts or store rules stay under your control. For full commercial use, it expects an active license and a working mail configuration in the store.
