Support for zCommerce modules
A standard module purchase includes 12 months of updates and technical support. Support covers common installation, activation, configuration and everyday use of the module in a supported environment.
Module installation
If your store runs on Zserver hosting and you also add the module installation service to the order, we provide that installation free of charge in a supported configuration. If you do not add installation to the order, we assume you will install the module yourself using the guide.
On external hosting, you can order professional module installation with function verification as a separate service. The service includes module upload, installation in the administration, basic setup according to documentation and a reasonable check of the basic function.
If the installation reveals a problem in the hosting environment, the theme, a third-party module or an unsupported store version, we propose the next step as separate paid technical work.
Extended support for Zserver hosting customers
If your store runs on Zserver hosting, we provide module support free of charge for as long as the hosting remains active and the module remains actively available. Because we know the environment well, we can usually identify more quickly whether the issue is in the module itself, in the store settings or somewhere around it, and recommend the next step.
What extended support mainly includes
- help with module setup,
- module function verification on Zserver hosting,
- fixes for reproducible module bugs,
- checking conflicts with the server environment,
- common compatibility adjustments in a supported configuration.
What can be ordered separately
- custom development of new features,
- tailored adjustments,
- changes in third-party modules,
- changes in third-party themes,
- store migration,
- data work,
- compatibility extension to an unsupported version without prior agreement.
What is useful to include from the start
- order number or license number,
- module name and version,
- store version,
- a short description of the issue and how it appears,
- relevant screenshots or error logs.
