Module installation

After payment you can download the module and upload it to PrestaShop. In most cases, this is a standard installation that can be done directly from the administration without touching code.

  1. Download the module ZIP package from the e-mail or from your account in My modules.
  2. Open Modules in the PrestaShop administration and upload the ZIP file.
  3. Activate the module and open its configuration.
  4. Review the basic settings for the way you plan to use the module.

If you prefer more certainty or do not want to handle the installation yourself, you can order the Module installation service. In most cases, however, the basic deployment is easy to handle on your own.

Module updates

Before updating, we recommend a short backup of the database and files. For standard stores, the normal administration update is usually enough.

  1. Download the newer module version.
  2. Run the update in administration or upload the newer ZIP package.
  3. Clear cache after the update and verify the main module function on the storefront.
  4. If the module affects checkout, orders or e-mails, run a short check there as well.

If your store differs significantly from a standard setup, it is safer to test the update on a staging copy first.

Entering the license code

Licensed modules include a License and updates tab in configuration. There you can enter the activation token from the e-mail or manually import the license file.

  1. Open the module configuration.
  2. Go to the License and updates tab.
  3. Paste the activation token from the e-mail and confirm online activation.
  4. If you need an offline path, use manual license import.

After activation, the module shows the license status and the availability of newer versions. You can also read the detailed explanation on the page How licensing works.

When to contact support

If the module cannot be installed, activated or updated, contact us. Most common issues are resolved quickly and usually come down to cache, file permissions or a specific hosting setup.

We prefer the form directly in the Support tab of the module. Your request is sent together with the technical details our support needs to resolve the issue quickly.

A short description is enough and you can attach a screenshot when useful.
