Mail Copy - hidden BCC for PrestaShop

What this module solves

It adds a hidden BCC copy to standard outgoing PrestaShop e-mails while keeping the original recipients unchanged. The selected address therefore receives all regular business and system e-mails that are sent through the regular e-mail sending in PrestaShop. This is useful for internal audit, support inboxes or operational monitoring.

What it makes easier

• you enable or disable hidden copies directly in Back Office,
• you can enter one or more target BCC addresses,
• the selected address receives a copy of all regular e-mails sent through the regular e-mail sending in PrestaShop,
• duplicate addresses are skipped automatically,
• the module uses the standard e-mail sending in PrestaShop without overriding core classes.

Mail Copy adds BCC recipients to supported outgoing e-mails, but does not change the main recipients or their order. The setup stays clear and suitable for internal supervision over order and customer communication.

Security notice

Treat BCC addresses as sensitive configuration. If you accidentally enter a third-party or incorrect address, copies of customer and operational e-mails will be sent there, which can expose personal data, order information and other sensitive communication. Use only trusted internal inboxes that remain under your control.
