Keep a hidden copy of outgoing e-mails

Mail Copy adds trusted internal addresses to BCC for e-mails sent through PrestaShop's standard mail system. Customers and other recipients do not see the copy, and their addresses stay unchanged.

When a copy is useful

you need an internal archive of commercial and system e-mails,
support staff need to see what the store sent,
you want to manage several trusted BCC addresses in one place,
you do not want to edit PrestaShop core or individual templates.

Which messages are covered

The module works with messages that use PrestaShop's standard mail system. A third-party module that bypasses it may need a separate integration. Duplicate recipients are not added.

A wrong address is a security risk

BCC copies can contain order details, personal data and other sensitive information. Use only internal mailboxes under your control and send a test order e-mail after saving the settings.
